A note from the Founder

The video you just watched is what happens when we understand a business completely before designing a single screen. We spent months with YB Holdings, mapping every vertical and every nuance of how they operate.

We don’t build websites. We architect digital journeys.

Before any code, we research your customers, study your category, and review every element from a content marketing lens. We integrate AI where it compounds value, not where it looks impressive. We treat your platform as the public expression of your business strategy, because that’s what it is.

We’re selective about who we work with, and when we commit, we commit completely, staying on the call long after launch when something needs improving.

If that sounds like the kind of partner you’ve been looking for, let’s talk for 20 minutes with no pitch attached.

Case Study — YB Holdings

Enterprise structure demands enterprise thinking

Here is how 3techno delivered both for YB Holdings.

Client Background: YB Holdings is a diversified Pakistani enterprise with operations spanning multiple business verticals under a single group umbrella. The organisation operates at a scale and complexity that most digital solutions are simply not designed to handle multiple brands, multiple stakeholder audiences, multiple editorial teams, and one board-level leadership that expects everything to reflect a single, authoritative group identity.

The Brief

YB Holdings came to 3techno with a clear mandate from the COO and CFO: build a digital presence worthy of the group's standing. Not a website. A platform — one that could carry the full weight of the holding structure, represent each subsidiary with the seriousness its business deserves, and be governed centrally without creating a bottleneck at the leadership level every time content needs to change. The brief was not complex because of technology. It was complex because it required the agency to understand how the organisation actually works — how authority flows from the group to each vertical, where editorial responsibility sits, and what it means for a CFO to open the company website and see the business represented accurately.

What This Required

Meeting this brief required 3techno to think at the organisational level before touching the design or the build. That meant mapping the group structure, understanding the relationship between the holding entity and each subsidiary, defining the audience for every layer of the platform, and designing a content governance model that gave the right people the right level of control — no more, no less. The result was a purpose-built digital infrastructure: a group-level brand layer with fully integrated subsidiary sections, each independently managed by the relevant team, all governed from a single dashboard by group leadership — without any of it feeling like separate sites stitched together.

The fundamental challenge

When a business operates across multiple verticals, its digital presence faces a challenge that has no off-the-shelf answer. A holding company must simultaneously project group authority, give each subsidiary its own credible identity, serve different audiences across those subsidiaries, and remain manageable by a leadership team that does not have time to deal with agencies every time a page needs updating. Get any one of these wrong, and the entire digital presence quietly undermines the credibility the organisation has spent years building.

What made this different

Any agency can build a website. What is rare — and what YB Holdings needed — was a partner that understood the stakes. A holding company's digital presence is not just a communications tool. It is a signal to investors, to institutional partners, and to the market. When it does not match the scale of the organisation, it quietly erodes the credibility that leadership has spent years building. 3techno approached this engagement as a strategic problem first and an execution problem second. The architecture was designed to mirror how YB Holdings actually operates: group authority at the centre, subsidiary autonomy at the edges, and a content management experience that respects the time and priorities of the people running it.

Who else has this problem

Pakistan has an estimated 150 to 200 holding companies facing the same structural challenge — a group brand, multiple subsidiaries, and a digital presence that reflects none of it. Most have attempted to solve this with standard agency approaches and found the solutions do not fit the problem. The issue is not the technology. The issue is finding a partner that understands how these organisations are structured and has the experience to build for that complexity. 3techno has done it. The YB Holdings engagement is the proof.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How do you handle data security and confidentiality for enterprise projects?

All enterprise engagements begin with a signed NDA before any scope discussions take place. Our development environments follow ISO-aligned security protocols — all data is stored on encrypted servers, access is role-based, and client codebases are never shared between projects. We can provide our full security policy documentation prior to engagement. For highly sensitive systems (fintech, healthcare, government-adjacent), we can agree on additional security schedules as part of the contract.

All managed enterprise systems are covered by a formal SLA. Standard SLA includes 99.5% uptime guarantee, 4-hour critical response time during business hours, and 8-hour response for non-critical issues. Premium SLA includes 99.9% uptime guarantee and a dedicated on-call engineer. SLA terms are written into the contract — not just stated verbally. We provide monthly uptime and performance reports as standard.

Enterprise projects are structured on a milestone-based payment schedule — typically 30% at project kickoff, 40% at mid-project milestone (e.g. staging delivery), and 30% at final delivery and go-live. For ongoing retainer or managed support engagements, billing is monthly in advance. All payment terms are formalised in the project agreement signed before work begins.

A corporate website or ecommerce platform rebuild typically runs 8–14 weeks from signed contract to go-live. Custom web application development typically runs 12–24 weeks depending on complexity. We provide a detailed project timeline with milestone dates in the scoping proposal — and we hold to it. All timelines include buffer for client review rounds so delays on our end are never passed to the client.

We can execute an NDA within 24 hours of first contact. We have a standard mutual NDA template that most enterprises accept as-is. If your legal team requires a custom NDA, our turnaround for reviewing client-provided NDAs is 48 business hours. We do not discuss any project details until an NDA is in place — non-negotiable.

Yes. We work with enterprise clients across Pakistan, the UAE, the UK, and the USA. For international projects, we work within GDPR compliance frameworks, build systems to PCI-DSS standards, and accommodate jurisdiction-specific data residency requirements.

WordPress is our primary platform for corporate websites and service business sites — we build fully custom themes from scratch, no page builders. For ecommerce we build on Shopify and WooCommerce. For custom web applications we use modern frameworks appropriate to the specific requirements. We always recommend the technology stack based on what best serves your long-term business needs.
