Terms & Conditions – Digital Invoicing (by Techno Financials, a product of 3techno Digital)

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of Digital Invoicing, a sub-product of Techno Financials by 3techno Digital. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. General

  • Digital Invoicing is part of Techno Financials (ERP), developed and owned by 3techno Digital.
  • Access to the service is conditional on compliance with these T&Cs and applicable laws.
  • 3techno may update these T&Cs from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

2. Plans & Access

Starter Plan (Free)

  • Up to 50 invoices/month.
  • Free for 12 months (no payment required).
  • Cloud access only.
  • Integration with PRAL/FBR (Digital Invoicing compliance).
  • Basic email/community support.
  • After expiry, continued use requires upgrade to a paid plan.

Professional Plan (Cloud)

  • Unlimited invoices.
  • Cloud-based (secure, anywhere access).
  • Advanced invoicing features (bulk upload, reporting, exports).
  • Integration with PRAL/FBR.
  • Priority email & phone support.
  • Subscription required (monthly/annual).
  • Custom integrations (ERP, accounting, e-commerce, etc.)

Enterprise Plan (On-Site)

  • Unlimited invoices.
  • On-premise deployment (client’s servers).
  • Custom integrations (ERP, accounting, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Integration with PRAL/FBR.
  • Dedicated account manager + SLA-based support.
  • One-time setup + annual maintenance contract.

3. Compliance Disclaimer

While PRAL/FBR integration is included in all plans, 3techno does not guarantee compliance with regulatory authorities.
Users are solely responsible for:

  • Filing invoices correctly and on time.
  • Ensuring tax compliance and legal obligations.
  • 3techno is not liable for penalties, fines, or losses resulting from:
    1. User errors or delays.
    2. Failures in third-party systems (PRAL, FBR, hosting providers).

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • Clients retain ownership of all invoicing data.
  • For cloud plans, 3techno will take reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute security.
  • For on-site deployments, clients are responsible for their own data protection and backups.
  • 3techno may collect usage data for service improvement, analytics, and compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Digital Invoicing platform, design, and code are the exclusive property of 3techno Digital.
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during their subscription period.
  • Clients may not:
     1. Copy, resell, or redistribute the software.
    2. Reverse-engineer or attempt to modify the system.
    3. Claim ownership of 3techno’s intellectual property.

6. Support

  • Starter Plan: Email/community support only.
  • Professional Plan: Priority email & phone support.
  • Enterprise Plan: SLA-backed dedicated support.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3techno shall not be liable for:
    1. Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
    2. Service downtime or interruptions.
    3. Issues arising from third-party integrations or external systems.
    4. Liability Cap: 3techno’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the last three (3) months of service.

8. Termination

3techno may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Breach these T&Cs.
  • Misuse the free plan (e.g., exceeding 50 invoices/month).
  • Attempt unauthorized access or abuse the system.
  • Users may discontinue service at any time.
  • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, and where applicable, the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration:

  • Karachi, Pakistan for clients operating in Pakistan, under the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.
  • Dubai, UAE for clients operating in the GCC/international markets, under UAE arbitration laws.
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
